It`s a great honour for me to say hello to all English-speaking visitors! On this website you will mostly find information concerning the topics amphibians and reptiles. I have a special interest in neotropical anura, such as poison-arrow-frogs and Phyllomedusinae, e.g. red-eyes. But I am amazed by any kind of herptile! Visit the section about my own amphibians and reptiles; see what I have bred recently - maybe you`re interested in some offspring?

Because I`m veterinarian, I set a special emphasize on herptile-medicine as well; here will you find a good adress going with your ill animal to. Find informations regarding reptilians and amphibians in the www in my herp-link-section.

Follow me to a virtual journey to Costa Rica, where I spent several weeks in the years 1996 and 1999. Feel free to visit my picture-gallery, where I use to depict the best results of my second hobby: photography.

The pictures were taken with a Canon EOS 100 body, a Canon 50mm macro-lense 1 : 2.5, a Kenko 2x tele-converter and the Canon ring-lite ML-3.
